Integrative Counseling Solutions has partnered with Neuropsych Center of Cincinnati to provide referrals for convenient services to our clients.

Though appointments are held at ICS offices one day per week, all billing and scheduling are done through their main office at the number listed below.

If you have been referred by your therapist to one of our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, please reach out to their offices at 513-563-0488.

Richard M. Rutz, PMHNP-BC

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I have focused my study and specialty in psychiatry.  I have been working in nursing for 25 years and been a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for 15 years.  I received my nursing degree from Purdue University and my Master’s in Nursing from University of Kentucky.   I enjoy working with patients, their families and their other providers to provide a cohesive, holistic approach in assisting them with their mental health.

Over the years I have worked in a variety of mental health areas from residential, in-patient and outpatient settings.  I am able to see patients 13 years and older, using medication management, behavior modification, patient focused, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy concepts.  I am currently a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association.  I look forward to working with you and reaching your physical and mental health goals.

Sheryl List, CNP, PMHNP

Sheryl List is a Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has worked in the nursing field 12 years. She has worked within a variety of areas including mental health, critical care, and emergency medicine. She works with patients who are seeking a wholistic approach to working with their psychiatric team. Sheryl helps manage her patients through medication management, and cognitive and behavioral therapies.

Her extensive medical background offers a medical insight to psychiatiric complaints in addition to other comorbid conditions. She will assist and coordinate with therapists to achieve optimal recovery for the patient. She is currently a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and the American Nurses Association.
