ADHD Testing and Evaluation

Evaluations for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) consist of a clinical interview by a licensed psychologist, measure of cognitive functioning (WASI-II) and surver (CBCL, TRF, YSR, Conners 3 measures. The purpose of the evaluation is to determine if an individual meets criteria for the diagnosis of ADHD. Individuals can expect to schedule 2 sessions. The first session scheduled will be for 2 hours. The follow up session will be a 30 minute session and approximately 3 weeks after the initial appointment. At the time of the follow up session, results of the evaluation will be given with a summary of findings.

cost $400

$400 is the total cost. $200 will be taken before initial appointment and the remainder will be due to obtain the results. We only accept cash payments for evaluation and testing. We can provide receipts if you would like to submit for insurance reimbursements.

Cognitive Testing and evaluation

Evaluations for cognitive functioning will consist of a clinical interview by a licensed psychologist, measure of cognitive funtioning (WASI-II) and a measure of adaptive functioning (VINELAND-II), if needed. The purpose of the evaluation will be to determine an individual’s overall level of cognitive and adaptive functioning. This may be helpful in treatment planning as well as understanding someone’s strengths and weaknesses in their functioning. The sessions will include a 2 hour initial appointment and a 30 minute feedback session.

Cost $375

$375 is the total cost. $200 will be taken before initial appointment and the remainder will be due to obtain the results. We only accept cash payments for evaluation and testing. We can provide receipts if you would like to submit for insurance reimbursements.
